LEAD WITH PURPOSE!

Emily was born and raised in the US to American and Cuban parents.  She graduated in 2002 from Cornell University with a major in Design and Development and minor in Marketing.  She has been working in interior design, event design, branding and graphic design since 2000, has been an entrepreneur for more than 15 years, and managing virtual teams for more than 5 years.

In 2014 she moved to Quito, Ecuador with her family to build a non-religious ministry to support, educate and empower the female community in Ecuador.  She led a women's ministry there for 2 years before she had to move to the beach for health reasons.  She and her family are now building a Self Actualization Conference and Retreat Center on the beach in Salinas, Ecuador, to support the local community and American professionals and travelers.  She has a passion for the HR side of Branding because she believes that people are the lifeblood of an authentic brand identity, and tapping into their potential is what brings a brand to life!

Mother to 4 bilingual and adventurous kids, she prides herself in living the entrepreneurial, freelance life as working from home has been a huge blessing for as she has raised her family.   She works hard to make that same life possible for her freelance team. Just as she guides them to design their lives with purpose, she also guides her clients to do the same thing.  It is her hope that no one she has the privilege of working with "go to the grave with the song still in them".... that she can help those who are unsure of their purpose - discover it, live it and share it with the world!
