OUR MISSION
Knowing that Thoreau's quote is the reality for most people devastates our founder. So she has made it her life’s work to help people discover the song inside of them, live it to their potential and share it with the world so that they never go to the grave with it still in them. She does this in every role in life. It’s how she shows up in the world and how FreeMe Network shows up for its team, clients and its clients’ clients. We help our team and clients align their why in life with their why at work so that work doesn’t feel like work, and is instead an extension and an expression of who they uniquely are.
TALENT IN OUR TIME ZONE
Brand agency work can be done virtually from anywhere. When our founder moved to South America and returned, she just picked up her clients and took them back and forth with her. These are clients who are still with her now for 10+ years. In these modern times of managing an entire company and a whole team of people virtually, the question isn't if you can, it is how can you do it intelligently. Many outsource work to talent in Asia, but Emily not only speaks the Spanish language and has a heart for supporting people in the Latin American community, but she also recognizes the enormous conveniences of working with talent in the same North American time zones. By building a network of freelancers across Central and South America (in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile and Mexico) she furthered her cause to support the developing Latin American community, and she simultaneously created a win-win for her freelancers and her clients. She brings her team regular work from quality clients, and she is able to deliver to her clients quality work done quickly and efficiently by a talented, full-service team! A win-win for everyone!
